The Machu Picchu Tour begins with pick-up from your hotel to take you to the bus station for the journey up to Machu Picchu. The bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes from the town of Aguas Calientes to the archaeological site. The tour includes a guided visit of about 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours, during which the guide will explain the history of Machu Picchu while visiting each important area. At the end of the tour, the guide will say goodbye to you and the group. You will then take the return bus back to Aguas Calientes, where lunch is included at a local restaurant. Finally, you will board the train back from Aguas Calientes station to Ollantaytambo, and from there, a bus will take you to Cusco. At the train station, my colleague will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name to take you back to your hotel in Cusco.

The Rainbow Mountain, also known as Vinicunca or Mountain of Seven Colors, is a geological formation located in the Cusco region, Peru, within the Vilcanota mountain range, near the Apu Ausangate.

4:00 AM – Hotel Pick-up
We will pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and take you by tourist transportation to the restaurant.

7:00 AM – Arrival at Cusipata
At this location, we will have breakfast before continuing the journey.

8:30 AM – Continue to the starting point of the hike in the village of Fulawasi
After breakfast, we will continue by car to the point where the hike begins.

9:30 AM – Bus station and start of the hike from the village of Fulawasi
From this point, and coordinated with the guide, the hike towards the mountain will begin.

11:35 AM – Arrival at the Mountain of Seven Colors
Around this time, we will arrive at the Rainbow Mountain.

12:05 PM – Return to the bus station to go back to the town of Cusipata
After taking the classic photos, we will continue the journey back.

1:15 PM – Board the bus and return to Cusipata for lunch
Once we arrive at the bus station, we will board the bus to head to the restaurant for lunch.

3:00 PM – Return to Cusco
After lunch, we will continue our journey back to the city of Cusco.

4:45 PM – Arrival in Cusco
At this time, we will arrive in Cusco and drop you off near the main square (Plaza de Armas).
